Martijn Schrijver, an Amsterdam-based digital artist, makes quirky and surreal picture transformations. There are many amazing photo alteration pieces in the gallery below, but our favorite is the one in which he merges animals with the scenery.

“I’m motivated by nature, and I like to make various weird and comical picture alterations, such as putting animals into landscapes,” he says. I enjoy looking at natural images and coming up with weird concepts to make them real with Photoshop.”
