A wildlife photographer by trade, Rahul Singh just captured a fantastic image of one of his subjects.

Because of this, he was rendered speechless.
“I went to an area with these lovely banana bushes to capture shots of sunbirds taking nectar from them.”

I was taken aback when I saw the crimson sunbird basking in the water that had been stored in the petal of the banana flower. Before that, everything had been expected.
You are looking at a banana flower, which has transformed one of its petals into a miniature bathtub by capturing the morning dew.

The baby bird discovered the flower petal bath and decided to use it. A refreshing experience it must have been to take a soak in the petal tub. After all, it had only recently finished up its nectar consumption.
It was an opportunity that will never present itself to Rahul again. He had never before experienced anything even quite similar to that. We hadn’t either!
Because I was so taken aback by the peculiar behavior I witnessed, I kept the shutter button on my camera depressed the entire time the bird was washing.

After that, Rahul uploaded the images on his Instagram account. Rahul remarked that “this was an experience that would only happen once in a lifetime” and “it’s crazy how nature can take us off guard.”
