Han Hsu tung, a Taiwanese artist, creates intricate and precise pixelated wood sculptures. This wood carving artist is recognized for creating bright and thought-provoking art creations by arranging wood blocks in complicated combinations and employing conventional carving methods.
Han Hsu-Tung designs his sculptures by drawing them first, then building a clay model. He then sculpts the wood into glitch-like sculptures using walnut, teak, or African wax wood. These complex puzzle pieces disintegrate into a meadow of pixels that seem to defy gravity.
