Most airlines allow pregnant women who are already at least 28 weeks pregnant to travel up to the 36th week. According to Turkish Airlines, women expecting a child can travel with a doctor’s report stating that they’re fit to carry on a plane. However, even if they have clearance, they will not be able to travel after that.
